Announcement of tender for logistics and transportation
With the rapid development of logistics business, in order to meet the company's transport needs, adhering to the "fair, just, open, transparent" principle of the introduction of major trunk logistics partners, with the concept of win-win cooperation for better customer service. We sincerely welcome and invite logistics service suppliers to participate in the bidding of main logistics trunk line transportation.
I. Subject information
1. Transportation of goods: Light bubble type of goods packed in boxes shall be calculated in square meters.
2. Transportation scope: from Handan to Guangdong Province, major cities of Jiangxi Province.
3. Mode of transportation: vehicle and pallet, door-to-door transportation, containers and high rails.
4. Transportation limitation: the arrival days of ordinary cars are 4-5 days, while the arrival days of express cars are 2-3 days.
5. Requirements for receiving goods: The goods are generally palletized and carried away, and it is strictly prohibited to remove the pallet during the process. The external containers of the goods generally need to be labeled with the external containers designated by the customer.
5. Quotation Description: the quotation is the annual contract price, including 9% of the transportation value-added tax invoice and cargo transportation insurance premium (about 500,000 yuan/vehicle), including all the costs from the receipt of the goods to the successful delivery of the consignee.
6. Billing instructions: When issuing THE VAT invoice, the special VAT invoice issued by the bidding company shall be provided. The tax invoice information shall be consistent with the name of the contract company signed by the bidding company, so as to avoid issuing the VAT invoice other than the bidding company. 7. Freight settlement method: monthly statement

Ii. Qualification requirements for carriers

1. Valid certificates such as Business License of Enterprise Legal Person, Organization Code Certificate, Tax Registration Certificate, or the combination of three certificates, Road Transport Business License, Account Opening License, and id card copy of legal representative.
2. The registered capital shall not be less than RMB 1 million yuan;
3. The company has been registered for more than 1 year;
4. Purchased cargo transportation insurance :(contract of insurance must be provided)
5. Must have at least one year of cargo transportation experience and no bad cooperation history;
Note: The bid invitation party will examine and verify the qualifications of the tenderer, and only qualified tenderers can participate in the bidding.

Iii. Description of bidding related matters
1. Deadline for registration: May 27, 2020
2. Cooperation certificate of customers in the cargo transportation industry (the first page and seal page of the contract);
3. Other written materials that can prove the company's qualifications and strength (such as annual audit report, tax payment vouchers, award certificates, etc.); Please send the materials (with seal) to the email address of the tendering contact for approval through the electronic document.

Iv. Instructions to Bidders:

1. The bidding documents prepared by the tenderer must comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
2. The tender documents shall include the contact person and contact information.
3. The bidder shall offer the price according to the number of pieces or square after the actual investigation on the site.
4. Copies of bidding documents shall be stamped with official seal (business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate).
5. The bid documents and the modification of the bid documents shall be stamped with the official seal of the bidder.
6. The bid documents shall be sealed and sealed with the seal of the bidder, and the words "name of the project subject to tender, name of the bidder and bid documents" shall be marked on the seal.
7. Bid Bond:
7.1 The bidder must pay RMB 10,000 bid security to the financial department of the tenderee before bid opening. Failure to pay or explain the security shall be regarded as abandonment of the bid.
7.2 The bid security shall be used to protect the tender from risks caused by improper behaviors of bidders.
7.3 The bid bond of the unsuccessful bidder shall be returned within one month after the end of the bidding. Malicious tenderers will not refund the bid security.
7.4 The bid security of the winning bidder will be converted into performance security after the signing of the contract by the winning bidder, and will be returned without interest upon expiration of the contract.
